1. Scope
Yves A Martin Consulting, LLC, doing business as MQUAL (“MQUAL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the public website at mqual.com and pages that link to this policy.
This policy does not govern information processed while delivering managed IT, cybersecurity, application development, artificial intelligence, consulting, or support services to a client. Those activities are governed by the applicable services agreement, business associate agreement, data-processing terms, or other client contract.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide
When you contact us or submit a website form, we may collect information such as your name, company, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your message. We may also collect information you choose to provide during later communications with us.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security providers may automatically receive limited technical information when a device requests a page, including an IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, referring page, date and time, and diagnostic or security events. This information supports delivery, reliability, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and security.
Interactive checklists
The website’s assessment checklists currently calculate results within your browser. Your individual selections are not submitted to MQUAL by the checklist itself.

- Detect and prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents.
- Maintain business records and comply with legal obligations.
- Send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
MQUAL does not sell or rent personal information or customer lists.
4. How We Share Information
We may disclose information only as reasonably necessary:
- To service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support our website and communications.
- To professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors where appropriate.
- To comply with law, legal process, or a valid government request.

5. Forms, Cookies & Embedded Services
The website is hosted using Microsoft Azure. Microsoft may process technical request and diagnostic data to deliver and protect the site. You can learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We use Microsoft Application Insights to measure page usage and performance, diagnose browser-side errors, monitor website availability, and understand interactions such as calls-to-action, telephone links, resource links, form progress, and checklist usage. This telemetry is configured not to use analytics cookies. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, message contents, form-field values, or individual checklist answers to Application Insights. Event data may include the page, general content category, non-sensitive campaign labels, referring domain, device or browser characteristics, and approximate geography. Microsoft processes this telemetry under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The discovery-call and free-report forms use Keap (also known as Infusionsoft) to process submissions, help prevent automated abuse, record referral and timezone information, deliver requested materials, and support follow-up communications. When you submit one of these forms, Keap receives the information you enter and may receive technical data or use cookies and similar technologies. See the Keap Privacy Policy for details.
The discovery-call confirmation page embeds AppointmentCore so visitors can select an appointment. AppointmentCore may receive technical data and any information you provide while scheduling, and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website, including information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, referral source, and interactions with site features. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical information such as your IP address. We use these insights to measure site performance and improve our content and services. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
The contact page includes an embedded Google Map and a link to Google Maps. When the map loads or you follow the link, Google may receive technical information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.
Your browser may allow you to block or remove cookies. Blocking third-party scripts, cookies, or embedded content may prevent forms, scheduling, maps, or other external features from working correctly. If we materially change our analytics or advertising practices, we will update this policy and provide notices or choices where appropriate.
6. Retention & Security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business and security records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary based on the nature and context of the information.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information under our control. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your Choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted through the website, or to stop sending marketing email. Some information may be retained where necessary for security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Privacy rights vary by location. If applicable law gives you additional rights, you may submit a request using the contact information below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
8. Children & International Visitors
This business-to-business website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the site, please contact us.
MQUAL operates in the United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable law.
