The Engineer Behind MQUAL.

Yves Martin founded MQUAL in 2006 with a simple goal: give business owners the kind of IT support that actually solves problems instead of creating more of them. What started as one engineer working directly with clients has grown into a boutique team of systems and application specialists, but the mission hasn't changed — bring top-tier technology expertise to businesses that have been let down by typical IT support.

Yves's background is in building things. Originally a database application engineer, he spent years designing custom software and data systems for clients who were being held back by their existing technology rather than helped by it. That hands-on engineering foundation still shapes how MQUAL operates today: solving the real problem, not just patching the symptom.

For more than 20 years, Yves has led IT, automation, and analytics projects for organizations across law firms, medical and dental practices, government agencies, logistics and pharmaceutical companies, universities, and more. Among his flagship projects is an end-to-end financial management system spanning accounts payable, budgeting, vendor bill management, and financial reporting — complete with role-based authorization, approval workflows, and real-time budget-to-actuals reporting. The kind of full-lifecycle system design that reflects MQUAL's engineering-first approach to every client engagement.

Yves holds a Professional Certificate in Artificial Intelligence from MIT (MIT xPRO) and a certification in Designing and Building AI Products and Services, along with certifications in data science, statistics, and data analysis. He studied Industrial Engineering at Lehigh University.
