MQUAL was established in 2006 by Yves Martin with a single objective: deliver premium IT support to organizations that prioritize quality over cheapness.
Yves has been immersed in technology since age 10. He began his career as a database application engineer, and over time saw a recurring pattern — clients were held back not by a lack of tools, but by inexperienced technicians who couldn't solve root causes.
That observation led to a deliberate expansion into networks and workstations, and eventually the creation of MQUAL as a full-stack boutique IT engineering firm. The result is an organization built around genuine technical depth, not just ticket volume.
Client relationships spanning more than 15 years are not uncommon at MQUAL. That loyalty is earned through the speed at which problems are solved and the technical proficiency that makes the difference when it matters most.
Yves has been working in technology since childhood and began his professional career as a database application engineer. Recognizing that organizations were constrained by technicians who lacked the depth to solve complex infrastructure problems, he built MQUAL to deliver the kind of engineering expertise that most IT firms simply cannot provide. He remains hands-on and deeply involved in client work today.
